GRAHAM S-3 SUBTRACTIVE LITHO PLATE PROCESSOR
The S-3 one side subtractive litho plate processor is designed to develop, wash, gum and dry all brands of subtractive plates currently available. It is the only processor that can eliminate re-deposit because of its unique design. The S-3 is virtually self-cleaning, ruggedly built and manufactured for long trouble-free performance. the S-3 is available in two sizes: 27" and 37". The 37" unit can process two Metro size plates
Specifications:
Function: Develop, wash, gum and dry subtractive one-side offset plates.
Size of plate: S-3-27-27" by any length S-3-37-37" by any length
Construction: Stainless steel and other non-corrosive material where required.
Rollers: Ball bearing supported, special cut-resistant elastomer.
Developing section: Ten gallon reservoir, recirculating developer pump, Dual Filtration, patent pending developer dispenser system minimizes oxidation of developer. Dual reciprocating flat brushes for optimum cleaning of halftones. easy fill and drain system.
Wash section: Requires city water supply. Economizing solenoid valve allows dispensing of water only when a plate is being processed. Drain hooks up to sewer system. (Optional self-contained wash system available).
Gum Section: Five gallon reservoir, recirculating gum pump, simplified finisher dispensing mechanism. Rollers may be separated when processor is not in use.
Dryer & Plate catcher: Conventional forced air sliding board.
Special features: Variable thru-put speed. Virtual self-cleaning developer section. Removable chemical reservoirs.
