Burgess R/C BOARD-THE FOUNDATION OF VACUUM FRAME REGISTER CONTROL
The best vacuum frame still needs a Burgess R/C Board. Even with the variety and quality of vacuum frames available today, the source of costly problems in printing can often be traced to vacuum frame exposures. You must have dot-for-dot register and perfect reproduction of every line and dot over the entire image area. This is achieved with the Burgess R/C Board-the foundation of vacuum frame register control.
Perfect Fit-Hole to pin. Pin register is the premium contribution of the Burgess R/C Board. All pin dimensions, round and oblong, are held to one-half of one-thousandth of an inch (.0005"). Guaranteed is the precision of pin to hole needed for high quality printing. The pin travels downward in a totally vertical direction, guided by a stainless steel bushing. Binding and pulling of the film or plate which could destroy register is eliminated.
