TRU-POINT PLASTIC DOCTOR BLADES
Tru-Point Plastic Doctor Blades come in a variety of materials, thickness' and blade designs to suit each application. Tru-Point blades will not crack, split or absorb moisture and will seat themselves and shear while seating. The tip of each blade is intentionally blunted to speed break-in. Most of our blades can be supplied in 100' rolls or cut to any desired length. Widths are available beginning at 12". These blades can be purchased in thickness' ranging from .020" to .125", depending on the product and application Containment blades are available in thickness' from .015" to .030". Custom blades and thickness' are also available for all Tru-Point blades.
The Patented* DACC:
Our DACC blade is primarily for fine, high-speed printing, where a thin blade is needed. It is also excellent for solids.
Bevel Blades for All-Around Use:
The bevel blade is cut at 45 degrees for excellent results in virtually all applications.
Plasteel - Shears:
Like steel, Wears like Plastic. Plasteel blades are made of a high-density polymer to be thinner and stiffer than our conventional blades.
