NENSCO LIQUID GOLD FOUNTAIN SOLUTIONS

Liquid Gold is, as its name implies, a product that is both unique and of high value. A product that has broad ranges of application and one that stands the test of time. Introduced in 1988 as a single product neutral solution, it has since been expanded to include alkaline and a mild acid.

NENSCO LIQUID GOLD 262 1C -  NEUTRAL

A universal neutral widely used in all types of presses. Commonly sold to small, medium and some large newspapers

NENSCO LIQUID GOLD 524 - NEUTRAL (1 ounce per gallon of water)

A universal neutral widely used in all types of presses, including spray bar dampening. This product is excellent for the latest changes in some inks that are having a stripping problem. This solution works very well with the major ink manufacturers inks.

NENSCO LIQUID GOLD 156 -Mild Acid

Liquid Gold 156 is formulated to give best results on web presses using brush or conventional dampening systems. The buffered pH (5.5) and film forming agents protect the plate under all press conditions, reducing paper waste during press starts. Extensive laboratory research ensures that the wetting system of Liquid Gold 156 is correctly matched to the varnish system used in heat-set and cold-set inks.

APPLICATION: For use in soft to medium hardness waters. Use on all types of brush and conventional dampener systems.

U.S.A. WASH

U.S.A. Wash is a safe, non-flammable, non-hazardous product packaged in plastic containers. Ultimate Solvent Alternative Wash has all the cleaning power of traditional washes without the hazards. When diluted 5:1, 10% V.O.C., at full strength 60.2% V.O.C.

Dilution Ratios: Blankets and Rollers --One part wash, five parts warm water, General Use - one part wash, seven parts warm water.

ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE PRESS WASH:

DT 600 WASH

DT 600 Wash, an aqueous alkaline press wash, is the newest member of the Dell Tech family of press cleaners. When diluted with warm water, DT 600 is designed to clean not only blankets and rollers, but also will clean all areas of the press.

• Low VOC's (EPA method 24A) 1.01% or 0.087 lbs./gal.
• Penetrates. When used with warm water DT 600 penetrates deep into blankets, emulsifying the ink and paper lint allowing them to be wiped away with ease.
• No Bad Odor DT 600 gives off a pleasant, mild detergent odor.
• Cleans Great DT 600 is a great blanket cleaner and also works well as a general cleaner on rollers and press frame.
