Dema Blenders are designed to accurately and efficiently blend two liquids (water and blanket washer detergent) for a predetermined mix ratio. At the pushefa button, piped in water automatically enters the mixer which at the same time causes the siphoning of a second liquid from a drum on the floor nearby. A mixed solution exits the unit into any desired container for use. The mix ratio is determined by the insertion of a blending tip that insures an accurate mix that can not be easily changed by each user. An example would be the mixing of Nensco's USA Wash for blankets - which performs best at a mix ratio of 4 or 5 parts water to 1 part wash. It is possible to combine mixing units enabling the mixing of multiple solutions or mix ratios. No plumbing required.
