EBONITE INK DRUMS MANUFACTURED BY NENSCO

Ebonite is a superior alternative to copper or nylon as a covering for ink drums for any web offset press. It is a very hard (100 Shore A) rubber compound that offers longer life, better performance and lower maintenance at equal or lower pricing.

Unlike copper, Ebonite virtually eliminates ink train stripping. The difference in this respect is remarkable. The material is applied to a thickness of 1/8" and is more resistant to abrasion thus offering considerably longer life. The material cleans easily using the same process as with inking rollers. And the surface is ground to a maximum runout of .001" insuring a very even ink film.

Attractive pricing and the availability of loaner cores for most presses round out a total product package that cannot be duplicated.

3" x 14" brightly colored arrow strips with high tack pressure sensitive adhesive backer. Printed to hold up against wear, tear and solvent attack. Available in 12 color variations for web lead identification. Arrows designate web direction and indicates when roller is turning. Priced per color.
